Loving my work-life balance and feeling fulfilled in what I do daily is a crucial component for me to feel happy and centered in my life. After becoming a mom in 2019, I soon realized climbing the corporate ladder is not my heart’s desire anymore. My desire was to be a flexible working mom, and this is how The Talent Room originated.

My corporate journey started as a Psychometrist Intern at Work Dynamics, whereafter I spent 2,5 years as an HR Consultant at Mazars Garden Route. In 2015 I was offered the opportunity to be contracted by BMW SA as a HR Professional.

After 3 years with BMW SA, I decided to specialise in Recruitment by joining a Recruitment agency, Sydsen Recruit as their Recruitment Manager.

I hold an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and I am a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice). I would describe myself as a people’s person who is devoted to helping others. Whether it is to assist a candidate or a client, I always strive to help. I work hard every day in CHOOSING to make decisions that lead to a purpose-driven life.

As a Recruitment Consultant, Narisha is a vital link between clients and candidates. The primary purpose of her role is sourcing candidates and matching them to suitable positions.

Narisha has a wealth of knowledge coupled with work experience. She completed her BCom degree with specialization in Human Resource Management majoring in Psychology and Business Management.

Narisha’s main objective is to build a strong and trusting relationship with our clients and candidates, to always provide efficient service delivery and to unleash her full potential. Her greatest skill is resilience and this is an important characteristic as she is able to bounce back from the tough times – Recruiter Life can be a rollercoaster!

On a more personal note – She loves nature, adventures and spending time with her daughter as she is her “pride and joy”.
