Her career began in HR and Psychometrics, where she built a strong foundation in understanding people and workplace dynamics. She later discovered her passion for Recruitment, finding fulfillment in connecting individuals with the right opportunities and supporting businesses in building strong teams. Elmien holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and is a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice). Known as a genuine people’s person, she is devoted to helping others thrive—whether it’s a candidate pursuing their dream job or a client searching for the perfect fit. When she’s not working, Elmien loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids, whether it’s exploring nature, enjoying family adventures, or simply recharging in the fresh air.
